My sleeping meds are waring off at about 1 am, I wake up several times after, trying not to get up, but I do at times. Any suggestions, I will check with the pharmasist, but what about maletonin will that increase my sleep length, what does?

I use Zopiclone and i sleep the whole night through - like a log!

I use Lunesta if I wake up in the night otherwise I use xanax and I know it isn't for sleep yet with having pain as you know I do Lorna the xanax and helps the Lyrica work. Do you take Lyrica Lorna? That helps with sleep.
