My sleeping meds are waring off at about 1 am, I wake up several times after, trying not to get up, but I do at times. Any suggestions, I will check with the pharmasist, but what about maletonin will that increase my sleep length, what does? If anything. Much thanks....Lorna

I use Zopiclone and i sleep the whole night through - like a log!

Current Meds: Epitec (Lamotrigine) 300mg, Solian 50mg, Seroquel 25mg PRN, Metformin 500mg, Klonopin prn

I use Lunesta if I wake up in the night otherwise I use xanax and I know it isn't for sleep yet with having pain as you know I do Lorna the xanax and helps the Lyrica work. Do you take Lyrica Lorna? That helps with sleep.

Can I ask you what dose, cause Im on the blue pill, I belive its 7.5 mg. Thank you

Lyrica is a great med, i dont find it does anything for sleep, i gues we are all difffernt. LOL
