I haven't slept all the way through the night in at least 10 years, and haven't slept more than 5 hours total in a night in over 7 (since around the time of my dx of BPII). After trying every blasted drug in the book with no success I saw a news story about neurofeedback for sleep "recovery" and since it was a local station I looked up the clinic mentioned in the story. I'm receiving neurofeedback treatments daily and though the quantity of my sleep hasn't improved much yet, the *quality* sure has.

Wondering if anyone else has used neurofeedback for this issue (or any other) and your experience with it? Was it helpful? How long did it take to see the results you were looking for?

Thanks

OOPS, just saw the "other treatments" forum perhaps this should be moved there...?
