Whenever I do actually fall asleep, I wind up having dreams where I'm impaled in the stomach by a branch. Recently, it's expanded to where I'm running from something through some woods, and I accidentally fall and roll down a hill. The bottom is where I'm impaled, and where I just lay there, bleeding.

Usually I don't have dreams, or when I do - they're just little pieces of deja vu that are going to come up the next day or so. They've never been this weird.

Does anyone know how to dispel dreams? I'd prefer my dreamless nights again.
