It seems possible that fear of your boyfriend plays a role in your recurring nightmare. The man from behind could represent the unknown, which you face as a result of terminating the relationship. It could express fears of both the boyfriend and the unknown future without him. The pregnancy being so violently terminated could suggest sorrow or fear that, without the boyfriend, the chance of having his child is closing. I'm not an expert, or even an amateur, just taking a guess.
