Each night or so I have a nightmare or just a bad dream. Two days ago I had a dream that my cat Lola had leukemia and was in the Emergency Room with a whole bunch of wires and toobs all over her. She was sedated and sleeping on the table with blue covering overtop (like every operating table).
I'm not sure what it meant but I had me scared because I had lost my previous cat Oscar to pneumonia the day after my birthday 3 years ago. ![]() ![]() I have lots of bad dreams/nightmares lately considering my mental health that is abit overwhelming at the moment. But I can never remember them for more than a day.

Your everyday thoughts impact on your dreams. If you're worried about your cat, it will surface in your dreams. However the dreams are created by your subconscious to do certain tasks in the sleep; sometimes to wake you, other times to keep you asleep. Dreams entertain you while you sleep and divert you from external or internal influences that would wake you up. If you take any medicines, they could make your dreams more vivid. However all dreams are created to help you and do their work while you're asleep. The should be forgotten and disregarded on waking. You're OK. |
