Background first: My fiancee and I are both Megadoomers; that is to say we are of the belief that it is only a short amount of time untill the world at large implodes into anarchy and chaos. {Not my issue, by the way. I view this as positive and the loss of the greater portion of humanity as a good thing.}

Now for my dream:

I'm lying on an old-fashioned couch, and my fiancee is seated near my hips, pearched on the edge of the couch. My belly is wide open, like she is operating on me. She is reaching inside and {physics be damned in a dream} is in well past her upper arms. There is no pain, discomfort, or fear, but rather the opposite: that what she is doing is both a necessity and comfortting. At one point she sits up slightly and hands me an organ, which I think was my stomach, {still attached to stuff inside} and says: "Hold this for me," before returning to whatever it is she's doing in there.

Any ideas?

maybe 'opening up' emotionally to your fiance will bring you more comfort than you are aware of? Also your fiance will help you deal with the issues or has helped you deal with the issues in the past.
