well i dont sleep very much at all, i get maybe 4 hours max and im fine, i dont get why all of a sudden feel tired, i mean ive been doing this for several weekz now?

Well, sometimes it takes a few weeks for your body to realize that it's tired.
Also, if you use caffiene, and have stopped, or don't drink coffee or whatever as much now, that will make you tired (as well as irritable) no matter how much sleep you get.

Me, I seem to go thru these cycles, where i wake up early, feeling decent adn then after a week or so I am tired in the morning and can't open my eyes until 11am.

All I can say is I can relate. Which is why I am up writing this at 1 am. Sleep if you feel tired. Hope your sleep returns to normal...
