Lately I've been having extremely vivid dreams and when I'm awake, I'll have memories of them and I won't know if they are real memories and happened or not. I feel like everything is a never ending dream.

An example would be I would have dream about someone asking me a question or seeing someone I don't want to see.

Then the next day I'll be wondering who I saw and actually feel like it happened again. It's extremely hard to explain.

I take an anti-psychotic for de-realization but I'm very confused.
