I'm taking ambien/doxepin or temazapam for sleep and it's just not cutting it. I can get to sleep pretty well but I wake often, from dreams or just from waking. Anyone else have this same problem? My doc and I are trying to figure out the whole med business, and that's really no fun if they don't work. I exercise moderately and eat pretty healthy, but I still have this problem.
