from my late teens to late 20's i was prescribed and took a variety of anti psycotic meds risperdal, solian, abilify, and i depended on 8 hours + per night to be able to face the world the next day. after this apart from spending a bit more than a year on avanza and with a rediagnosis i am onto my third anti depressant luvox and im getting 5 hours solid sleep if im lucky which is rarely. and for most of the time can cope with that. avanza was the best for sleep but i put on over 10 kilos from uncontrollable munchies.
does anyone trade positives for negatives when in comes to switching meds and sleep ?
take care all.
