Hey!

I useually go to bed around 11, and i have to wake up at 06:00 in the morning, my mom trying to wake me up. but i just go back to sleep..
When i wake up later that day, she tells me how many times i actully "wake uP" and standed up from bed.. i cant remember anything from that :S

And im about to get suspended from school.. i cant get there in time.

Actully this problem came after i used my therapist advice.. make a cup of tea and read a book or something.. because i had problems sleeping earlyer. but now i have problems waking up...

Thanks.

That's only 7 hours of sleep. If you are a younger person, you need at least two more. Try going to bed at 9:00 if you can. Good luck!
