I slept this after noon for a couple of hours. I didn't expect to sleep for so long. But I'm still exhausted. But if I go back to sleep now I will wake up in a couple of hours and not be able to sleep again. I hate sleep problem.

Sleep is so critical. Here's hoping today/tonight goes much better.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

((googley)) I'm sorry to hear that. You might not be able to sleep because you slept couple of hours in the afternoon. Then when it comes to night time, you might not be able to sleep. It could be like that. I sleep in the evening because I'm so tired and I don't feel so sleepy at night.
