When i manage to sleep, I find that I am in charge of all my dreams. I don't recall ever having a nightmare in my life.

Now you would think this is a good thing, but sometimes it is hard to distinguish life from sleep, when you dream about the same things as you do during the day, just with happier outcomes.
At the same time it makes it harder and harder to wake up everyday to face the same stuff when all i have to do is roll over to be happy again.

I don't know if this is wierd or anyone else has the same thing?

I have had dreams where I thought it was real life, but it was quite the opposite feelings. Most times when this happened for me, I was reliving an extremely stressful time that had happened within the last few days. I would wake up, and not even realize that I had waken up. These dreams were worse than the worst nightmares I have ever had.

I dream too, very often, most every night. My dreams are very "real feeling" where I can physical wake up with the pains, tears or other sensations that relate to the dream. I too seem to have most control over them but there are always a few that I dont. My nightmare are more so a depressed, scary fearfull type dream. I usually have a hard time determining dreams from memory more so then a dream and reality, If that makes any sense.

I get very real feeling lucid dreams, where I can logically think during the dream. Sometimes they're scary as well and it feels like I'm awake.

Its a bit odd, i mean i occaisionally get started off in a scary situation, but its a lot easier to manage when you can just deny whatever is supposed to be scary. 'You shall not pass!'
I dont think I have ever not been sure if I am awake or not, I wake up and theres a huge sense of loss every time when I realise I am still alone which means its apparent to me that I have been dreaming.
