I have a friend who is unwell and i havent seen her some weeks. And she has asked not to be contacted.( I respect this) Recently I had a dream or more to the point it felt as if she appeared to me. We were in an office i saw her in the corner of my eye( she was dressed but when I turned to greet her she was naked). She greeted me and when i looked at me, I was naked. The dream stopped here. There wasnt anything erotic or that. When i awoke i felt warm and happy as if she had been in the room. ANY IDEA WHAT THIS COULD MEAN, I'M SCARED SHE MAY BE VERY ILL??????

Hi, dung, welcome to PsychCentral (PC).
I think all the people in our dreams represent aspects of us (since it's our dream). That you greeted each other "skin-to-skin", no hiding, sounds great to me, like you experience yourself (and maybe her) as good friends, honest with one another. Do you know any of her family or other friends, someone who might know how she is doing? I don't know how you know her (you said you were in an office in the dream; is that part "true" do/did you work or go to school together?) but maybe you can check with someone closer to her about how she is? If she asked you not to contact her, I wouldn't contact her. You would be checking up on her mostly to feel better yourself and "blaming" it on a dream would be a little sneaky, I think (since it's your dream, your head thought up for your purposes). I would decide, if I wanted to use the dream at all, that the two of you greeting one another like you did meant that it's good between the two of you and that she is fine and getting better and really glad you are friend enough to do as she asked.
