i am ALWAYS tired. always. i have to take at least one nap to make it through the day. well, it's not really a nap, i just lightly doze while my 2 year old watches tv. i have zero energy, and all i want to do is sleep. yet i'm always tired. and i mean can-barely-keep-my-eyes-open fatigue.

For the first time you can open your eyes
And see the world without your sorrow
Where no one knows the pain you left behind
And all the peace you could never find
Is waiting there to hold and keep you
Welcome to the first day of your life

Just open up your eyes as I lay you down tonight
Safe on the other side
No more tears to cry

Could you visit your GP about this and see what they offer?

Do you snore at all? Even quietly? Could be you're not getting enough sleep or enough quality of sleep. Breathing affects that in a HUGE way! I finally had a sleep study done for myself and got a CPAP breathing machine and it makes a big difference.

Been having the same problem myself. It's been like this for years but I basically just got used to it a few years ago. But I suppose I had forgotten it cause my psychologist seemed more concerned than me about it.

He recommended a sleep study myself but insurance expects me to pay the first $2500 before they help. I am used to it but still annoying - sleeping 8 hours and I wake up tired and tired all day and even if I try to get extra sleep or sleep less, always tired. Annoying.
