Hi, soul searching.
Could I ask a few questions?
How was your diagnosis made and what were your signs of sleep apnea? How much of a difference did the CPAP machine make? (By the way, I saw advertised a new design of respirator; not a mask but it looked a whole lot more comfortable!)
I can't afford a test now, but I suspect I have it. All my life I've had bad sleep problems.
Evey morning I awake with a headache; exhausted, can't concentrate and feel sleepy throughout the day. My life has been ruined by something and I just wanna know if it's this.(I offered to pay my sister to monitor me for one night-ha!!) Thanks
