Recently I havent been able to sleep, and I am cursed to take sleeping medication that knocks me out for sixes, then i wake up almost brain dead. Gah!
Want do I do?

Hi, i go to sleep but then always wake up 3 H later, totally unable to go back to sleep. What medication is helping you? I feel exhausted and very emotional. As far as your problem is concerned, did you tell the doc about your problem? Maybe he can find a better med for you.
