So, I'm 14. yeah, i know.. young.. I've never been a great sleeper but it seem its gettin worse and worse now. The past 2 days i've slept an hour each night. No matter what I did i couldnt sleep at all. And this has been getting progressively worse, and especially during times that i have to wake up at a specific time. (Ex. School) i get even less sleep. I also sleep talk/scream in my sleep and was wondering if you guys had that too?? Well, when I do dream my dreams are VERY vivid, and I usually end up dying some grotesque and painful death that I feel during and after the dream is over. It is VERY painful and i usually end up in a panicked state so i was wondering if any of you guys could relate?? I just want to feel normal, even if its a normal with abnormal people.
Well, thankyou all for any help you may give me.

Sounds like it could be some type of night terrors? Sorry your having sleep problems, have you spoken to a dr. about this? It's worth finding out if there is a cause and what's going on.
