So, lately I've been dreaming more and more often. Before my dreams occurred once a month and usually invloved me dying in asome way. But now, i have 2-3 different dreams each night, that have nothing in common with each other. I'm not sleeping any different, I still take forever to sleep, and wake up a lot during sleep, but now I feel more rested than before. Do you think this could be a good thing??

It may be a good thing. I always tend to have more dreams that I can remember when I'm going through a tough time. This may be your minds way of sorting through your problems subconsciously and maybe it is helping in a way. Waking up multiple times in a night is typically not good for a good nights rest, though. But if you are feeling better, I would take that as a good sign.
