i havent posted in this section before, but today i was looking were to post so i thought this might be the best place, not been sleeping wel its been hot and the weather is very unpredictable so leaving the window open sometimes doesnt help, we do use a fan but i have it on hubbys side of the bed as he gets very hot,
well last night i was very tired after a crappy night the previous night, i woke in a start at about 4.50am with the images of the nightmares very vivid not one but two, normally i would be fine after dreaming but last night it took its toll on me and today i am grumpy and snappy,i managed to go bk to sleep again at 6ish but then through too 8.30am i must of started dreaming again the dream seemed to carry on from were it left of, cant get a good dream to do that, i know what triggered mine off, its to do with talking to a friend about some of the stuff hubby is dealing with at the moment with psychology treatment, i know that my dreams are not real but they feel so real when i wake that i sort of panicked, i try to not think about them by distracting myself but like i said today i am grumpy and everyone else is picking up on this and feels like the rest of the household have become grumpy as well, i know hubby is still dealing with what he talked about yesterday and that is making him low

Idk if this helps but my bf and I talk about our dreams. Yes both of us can trigger one another but we both talk and try best to make one another feel better.
