The title pretty much covers it all. I hit myself in my sleep. I woke myself up at 4 am by punching my face and couldn't go back to sleep today. I don't know what I was dreaming about. It's not the first time either... I hit myself frequently while asleep. Like punching and things like that. I kneed myself in the stomach six days ago. It happens about once a week and sometimes more. I'm really confused about it. Do I hate myself so much that I even self injure in my sleep?

awe- I would hope not (hate yourself so much that you injure yourself in your self in sleep). I know when I was younger and stressed out I used to punch the walls while sleeping if my bed was against the wall. Id wake up with bruised knuckles.. are you under a lot of stress maybe?
I know that may not help at all or much- I hope you more sound sleep Cmlwtcos.
