lately i've just not really been feeling anything but when i go to sleep its very warm and comforting. it's difficult for me to wake up every morning because i just feel the need for more and more sleep like i can never get enough, i get more than ten hours usually but during the day i just feel tired and cant wait to go back to sleep. how can i break out of this habit? any advice on how to wake up with energy or feeling active?

I've been feeling the same way, especially because it's summer. I fear I'll be this way when school starts too. I usually use energy drinks. 5-hour-energy keeps you awake but very restless. You're tired but your body won't let you sleep.
I'd like some answers too. Arranging a strict sleep schedule doesn't work very well.
