well, how long has the "screaming to wake up" been going on for? so you used to take trazadone?
and how long how often do you get nightmares? i can't find it right now i think i got it from the sleep foundation website but you can print out a chart that you track your sleep patters and if you had exercised that day had any caffiene and at what time.
helps the doctors recognize whats going on with you.

you need to ask yourself do you remember these dreams? and when do you have these? do you wake up like 2o mintutes into your sleep or a couple hours after you have been sleeping? you wake yourself up from a ecream?

sorry so many questions. i have night terrors and night mares i'm part of that 2% of adults that actually get night terrors. and have had them all my life. so i have been through it with all the sleep labs /charts doctors and such.

(interesting tidbit, theres a study going on about people who wear masks over their eyes dont have the night terrrors) who knows <shrugz>
Thanks for this!
