Ok, so last night my mother and I didn't have the same dream, but we did dream about the same little girl, whom neither of us know.
I went to her birthday party. I am not too good with kids, but by the end of the dream, I was looking after her. My mother was at her grandmother's house, and there was a girl there whom she decided to look after. She was disabled and possibly terminally ill in both our dreams. In mine she needed frequent oxygen. In my mother's she kept being sick and needed a back restraint. Very, very weird...  And quite spooky...

I took part in some shared dreaming experiments back in the 1990's but don't remember that much came of it for me.
