During the last past week I have been so exhausted. I have had things that had to be done first thing in the morning so I HAD to get up. I would have killed for another hour of sleep! The last two mornings I've actually had off and NOTHING that had to be done first thing in the morning. I could have slept in but wouldn't you know it BAM 4 am every morning my eyes are open and I'm wide awake.
I am still off tomorrow, but I have things that I have to do first thing in the morning. So will I wake up at 4 am or will I just want to sleep?

Ah, love it when the sleep gets messed up! I hope you went to bed earlier or at least got better quality sleep (not having to worry about getting up in the morning or what you had to do). I'm retired so don't mind the 3 or 4 am wakings, I can go back to sleep or take a nap later or go to bed earlier, etc. without worrying I will mess up a schedule. I was up a little earlier today because I'm expecting a delivery between 9 and 11 (obviously not 9 or 9:30 :-) but I feel like I got enough sleep.
