There are two variations and i only had them as a kid. In one i am flying through the air. It is exhilarating and spectacular. The further i fly the more all the universe's puzzles make sense . Everything from moral delimmas , theological questions, to complicated mathematical equations. The other variation is a similar dream in which i find these answers in a big mystical book. As i turn the
pages, i'm not so much reading as the answers are just effortlessly revealed to me. In each dream, i'm awed that all life's conundrums that had plagued me were interconnected. Everthing was simple yet complicated at the same time and i am filled with
pure joy. It's imperative i remember this wisdom, and then of course i wake up and only remember the feeling not the knowledge. My sister had a similar dream. Anyone else? What do you think it means?

Gus, i looked up on internet, it said a dream where you have difficulty flying and fall can be about anxiety or loss of power.
Mine was about power and a new perspective.

YES!!! I have just put up my first post, please read! I am starting to question lots of theings since the onset of these dreams.. could it be spritual awakeneing? Am I really leaving my body? Everything seems so real. and i have experienced the pure joy you mention. also the feeling of total wisdom.. I recently learned to meditate too, and am hoping this may help finding some answers from within..

I have bought a fantastic book on Lucid Dreaming by LaBurge..Lots of information and individual accounts, it helps to know your not the only one!
Leaving my body or just dreaming? Its hard to say for sure, and I guess, if I knew I was it would change my outlook on life completely! Im 32 and have never been a religious or spiritual or person. But I think that may be changing :O

Often I will wake up in the night, go to the kitchen to get a drink, then notice the clock is spinning fast, or I go to switch the light on and my finger goes through the wall..and even on a few occations I will go back to bed, unaware Im dreaming, and see myself sleeping.. LaBurge describes this in his book as false awakenings..

I also get a shapeshifting owl on my bedroom window cill, I then know im dreaming, and litrally roll out of my body.. This is the same owl that led me to the golden pyramids...

Haha, its good to get it off my chest, family and friends would just think me a dream bore, or worse, barmy! Thank you for taking the time to read my post too..

Also, there have been lots of famous people in the past that have worked out matmatical problems, invented things, even composed music in their sleep and used this in their waking life!
