There is just too much to get accomplished to denie sleep's need is my thing- Am I becomming radioactive and my shine causing atomic decay in my room? The effect of insomnia: Aging disorganization and lack of showering.
I think I've beaten tradition - how do I keep a job? ![]() |

I recently learned how to meditate at a budhist temple. I would reccomend this to anyone that cannot sleep. Relaxing the mind, and the body before bed..
