I wanted to know what would help recover dreams, or what anyones techniques are. vitamins and eating specific foods before bed welcome haha but id really like input

Check B6 intake. Tell yourself before going to sleep that your will remember dreams, that you want to. Keep paper & pen by bed, write down anything you remember of dreams as soon as you awaken.

Make sure you get plenty of sleep, when you wake up compose the dream in your mind immediately and write down something (a word, sentence, ect) associated to serve as a trigger.

That's what worked for me anyway.
