On weekdays it's pretty normal. But on school breaks and weekends I go to bed around 11 PM. I used to sleep in until about 10 AM or 11 AM, sometimes even noon. But now I sometimes wake up at 3 AM then go back to bed then wake up again at 7 AM and can't get back to sleep and if I do get back to sleep I usually wake up at 10 or 11 AM.

I'm the same way exactly...always have been since I can remember. I also take sleeping pills but nothing with my sleep changes so I don't know what else to do. Do you think sleeping pills?

When do you go to bed during the week? Any undue stress lately or new medicines or other changes in your weekend/break behavior (drinking alcohol, for example). New bed, pillow, or have you moved house?

I already have an unorthodox sleeping pattern. That is 4 weeks of 3hrs per night (so I go 2 bed at 3am to be up at 6) and for me this is a good nights rest, then the 5th week, guess when my body's tired, I get 1 week of 6hrs per night. BUT when I'm stressed, like I have been this last few days, I wake up every 2hrs...
Guess I shoulda just asked if your stressed... :P
