For the past couple years I keep having dreams about the places I'm living in burning down.
The last one was so real I woke up and thought I saw smoke under my door and started screaming.
Is there a reason I'm dreaming this?
:/

Hi,
There could be many reasons. We all need a waking dream. If you'retired or stressed, take some medicines, you may need a vivid and dramatic waking dream.
The most common cause of fires in dreams are indigestion and heartburn. However acid indigestion is often caused by stressful situations. Keep off hot spicy or fatty foods before bedtime.
