Okay so I didn't know where to put this so I put this hear. Forgive me if its in the wrong area.

I'm having really werid dreams lately like I wake up and I can't figure out if certain things happened in my dream or real life. It is making my life confusing. I can remember waking up but can't remember my dream. I know I had a dream but when I start to try to figure out if it acturally happened it get confusing. I have asked my parents before about certain things that have never happened but they have felt real but they end up in my dream. Werid, creepy? Does anyone have dreams like these? When I wake up I feel like I never went to bed. Any advice would be awsome. Thanks

My body is hurting like sore neck and my eye is twitching. Is this because of my stupid dreams or is my body taking a hit from something else? I'm going to google about dreams and eye twitch. I just don't know how much I'm going to learn. Any feedback would be amazing.

Thanks for reading!!!

I get that too sometimes, it can be really dissapointing huh?

One year when i was little I dragged my parents up at 3 am to open presents and when i went to bed i dreamt about opening more presents so when i woke up again I was flipping out thinking someone took my presents.

Woops getting off topic there!

Um my advice is to learn to lucid dream or something, then you'll be able to focus on your dreams and know if your dreaming or not.

Also, for the sore neck and twitching eye

You're probably just sleeping funny, like...sleeping with your neck at a goofy angle

The eye twitching, i've had that too, i forgot what it was

but a damp, warm washcloth feels really nice on the eye and helps a bit I think, but that might just be me ( ^u^ )

Hope you get your dream confusion sorted

'How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
'You must be,' said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'
Thanks for this!

I've had that too, where the dreams seem real. I still remember one time walking by a weedy area on a City street and being wary because there might be snakes Leftover dream image/feelings.

I'd go to your doctor and see about the aches and pains or change pillows or see if you can make any sort of impact. Sometimes Alavert before bed helps if I'm itching or twitching :-) from my cats or other miscellaneous causes from my household. I was complaining to my doctor just this morning and will be having blood tests (B12, I have trouble waking up). Vitamin D helped some of my aches and pains (also shown to be low from doctor's blood test) but I still get a bad neck and arm on the side I sleep on often that takes a long time going away. Do you take a multi vitamin or anything? That might be worth a try.
