Dreaming almost every night? why? I used to never dream this much.
I had a lot of dreams related to death. I died once. a baby died once... ![]()

that's intense. I don't know. I know it is a myth that if you die in a dream, then you are dying in real life. That's good news!
Have you done any research with dream analysis? Maybe it means you might be losing a piece of yourself, or you are scared of something. If it's every night, it's obveous something is going on for you. Is it a nightmare or just a dream? I also saw a study that everyone dreams, it's just a matter of who remembers them. People who have more sleep, and wake up and go back to sleep are more likely to remember their dreams. Maybe you're getting too much sleep?? |

In Souther Italy we have a superstition: we believe that dying in your dreams will make your life longer. Same thing for the death of other people
