Since I have been on Psych meds since Dec.
I have noticed that I haven't been able to remember many of my dreams. This really bothers me. One of my favorite things to talk about in the mornings with my hubby or on the phone to my mom. My hubby gets to tell me his all the time. Yesterday I remembered a dream. Was super excite. Has this happended to any one else. |

It may be due to the meds reducing choline in your brain. You can experiment with small amounts of choline (citicoline is best), vitamin b6, and vitamin b5. And you can buy galantamine off the internet. Galantamine and Huperzine A are the best dream enhancer available.

Lots of things can start/stop the remembering of dreams; sometimes just anxiety or changes in meds, etc. I'm thrilled you remembered a dream, perhaps now you will remember more, more easily; maybe it just took getting use to those meds?
I've started to remember more dreams now too, we went from Maryland where we live to Florida for this month and now I'm remembering like crazy; must be the change in location/daily habits.

Thanks everyone for responding back. I haven't remembered any more dreams since that day. It's comforting to know that several have dealt with this as well.
