Yes; I have a lot of nightmares --some I remember, some I don't-- and when I wake up over and over again in the night my sheets are usually soaked with sweat. So uncomfortable.
Thanks for this!

When I was on Paxil, and coming off of it, I got the WORST night sweats...waking up soaked in sweat with my bed so wet underneath me I was afraid I had wet myself!!!
Are you on any medications? Night sweats are a side effect for a lot of the psych. meds.
(A lil advice: keep a big glass of water next to your bed and drink it when you wake; all the sweating will make you very dehydrated, and that can make you feel sick in a bunch of other ways...u might even get "lucky" and get a kidney stone like me !)
Good luck!
