Even when I get 8 hrs a night of sleep still get real sleppy during day. Cant get going like I need to cause I'm sleepy. Any ideas??

Do you have a physician to see? Just go for a checkup.....could be many things, of course.......I think you should rule out the worst first.
See a trusted physician...easy to find.....
May just need some B12........could be a needle

Often people who are feeling very depressed also feel very tired. Could this apply to your case?

Boredom, a lack of stimulating ideas for the mind can also create a sleepy feeling. Are you doing anything about giving your mind some interesting "food for thought". Listening to music all day, for example, will not do it for you. The human mind was designed for thinking. Its like eating bland food, One soon gets tired of it. The mind needs some "spice" to get it going. Could this be part of your problem?
