I had a dream a few weeks ago. Dreamed I was in a session and that T was trying to get me to touch her arm! I finally reached out and put the palm of my hand on her arm between her elbow and shoulder. My hand was small like the size of a child's and hers was adult sized. She placed her hand on top of mine and guided me in feeling her arm. I was thinking to myself "she is real." She was very nuturing and told me how I was going to be okay . Any ideas on what this might mean??? Should I tell her about this?
Thanks for this!

Yes! Tell her. She might ask, "what do YOU think it means?" That's what my T does when I tell her dreams. I would guess only that it's a reflection of her nurturing behavior toward you--so sweet. I have had a couple of erotic dreams about my T. I tell her. It's up to you, of course. Sweet dreams.

I'm not sure what "bump to the top" means, but it sounds nice.
