I have Restless Leg syndrome, very bothersome, feels like my leg is energized ready to kick something or go run like crazy when I really want to sleep. Anyone got tips?

my doc put me on a nerve/muscle relaxer and it helped me... another friend once told me magnesium supplements helped him.

I think B12 can be a problem? Have you worked with your doctor to try and figure out the cause?

My mom and I both found iron supplements to be helpful, but we started taking them because we were anemic, not specifically for RLS.

From the sounds of what people are posting, I'd suggest asking your doctor for a full blood workup and make sure you're not deficient in anything.

Good luck! I know how terrible it is!

Best two resources I can think of that might help you figure out what's causing the RLS are Andrew Saul's website and Cass Ingram's book with nutrition tests which helps identify nutritional deficiencies. PM me if you're interested in where to find those.
