Turn off all electronics an hour before. Eat healthy. Get exercise. Stick to a bedtime routine. I do a muscle tension/relaxation exercise that my therapist taught me... Google it. It make me fall asleep almost immediately

Is it possible that you hav a disorder, or are taking a med that interferes with sleep? If so, ask your doc...

Wimmy pretty much hit every nail on the head ^_^ If her advice doesn't help you might need a sleep aid. Try Melatonin for that - it's natural (the body already produces it to tell your biological clock when it's time for sleep) and has no side effects save for drowziness.
