I slept slighly over 7 hours - Benadryl stopped working for some reason. I already feel discomfort in my chest. Anything that is less than 8 hours, better 9 hours, gives me uncofmortable feelings. And I feel considerably less energetic, even after my usual morning cup of coffee and a shower. I did not even have enough energy to wash my hair. Anyone else like that?

There is such a thing as over sleeping. Basically, you wake up in the wrong part of your sleep stage cycle, and your body is out of rhythm. The exhaustion is common with that.
