I have been having a recurring dream about my mother being taken away. Usually she dies in my dream and my dream is basically just me being distraught and crying. I wake up very distressed. Then last nights dreamt that my mum got sent to prison because of me. I think it was because I had neglected to do something but the details are hazy. All I remember for sure is that it was my fault.
Any ideas on what these dreams could mean? Thanks |

Guilt about letting go of your Mother? It is OK to let go of the need to be Parented. Also you may be letting to of the need to Parent others. Take care of yourself 1st.
