just awoke. had a weird dream before this one but can't remember it. i died in the second dream. 757 had to land on a highway and broke in two. somehow the front end separated and went forward faster. thought we were good in the back but the front fireballed and the back went into it. NOTE i was watching this from my seat and from various points outside. i see the flames and breath the superheated air as i stand up to go to the rear exit. everyone is a walking flame but no panic, no noise, no pain. i remember saying goodbye to my mom who has been dead for 15 years and wondering who gets my model stash. THE REALLY WEIRD PART i died in this dream but woke up very calm. usually when i have the rare death dream i awake before i die in a cold sweat, racing heart, and feeling like i just screamed. this is like i usually wake up.
didn't drink anything yesterday, not a bad day, no drugs, no real anxiety or depression, my usual this time of year blahs but not on any daily meds. i actually feel refreshed. think i wiil get a cup of tea, take care of the dog, read a bit, put on a meditation cd and go back to sleep.
