I woke up quite unusually shaken by a dream.
In said dream, my ex-boyfriend found out he had cancer- but, rather than tell me, he ignored all my messages and messaged everyone else telling them instead- it's possible we were still together in the dream. In the dream I was getting very, very worked up and though the messages were over Facebook I could see him in a third-person role.

The history between my ex and I:
In short, we're not on good terms, and having many mutual friends he knows I'm not overly fond of him.
We've been together twice, and most recently I finished it, as he was entirely ignoring me- though he seemed convinced he had reasons, he saw no reason to illuminate me.
We broke up about two months ago, and though we weren't together long this time we know each other well- I thought I was over him, though I'm still hurt at how mean he was
