So, last week I had a dream that I still often think about. I'm starting to forget most of it but I remember what was important. What happened was: I was in a city (most likely L.A.) at night and street shops were starting to close. I was coming out of a store on the corner and as I was turning the corner a guy in a black hood and red bandana jumped out at me. He stabbed me in the right side of my neck with a hunting knife and stood over me as I lay on my stomach getting tired. My vision started getting dark and I knew this meant I was dying but I wasn't scared and was content with dying...I just lay there as he proceeded to attack other people behind me as my vision began to fade to darkness. I then realized the guy left the knife in my neck and I now had a weapon and if I was going to die I didn't want to go out without a fight. I stood up pulling the knife out of my neck and went to stab the black guy in his neck. The knife wouldn't pierce his skin, I then realized there were now two more guys, a white guy and I can't remember the third. Itried to stab the white guy and the other guy...their skin couldn't be pierced as-well!!! I kept stabbing and stabbing and they started laughing...I started getting frustrated and scared. I remember the dream ending by fading out as they laughed at me for trying to kill them. I'm not sure if that was me dying from losing too much blood after I removed the knife but either way it was a creepy way to go out. I didn't know what to think of the dream so I just put the thought aside but every now and then I start thinking about why I would dream something like that. I have nightmares every night but for some reason this dream bothered me to the point I can't stop thinking about it. Someone please clarify this so I can stop fretting on it! Thanks
