I have been having this dream twice now. Last night and the night before. In the first dream we were going on some field trip with my elementary school class mates (we were older though I think) While we were there, somebody told us that an acquaintance had died. I think he had fallen from the bridge to the water/ice. The person ho died was a boy in my class in elementary school. The death did not happen in the place were we had our field trip but it happened during the field trip somewhere else. And we just heard about it. I remember that we were coming home from the field trip and we were on a bus driving at a bridge. And I was really scared that the bus would fall out of the bridge. It was snowing heavily.

The other dream started so that we were on a bus stp with my mother and a childhood friend and we were waiting for a bus. I think we were heading on a theater or something. The bus was late but it eventually came. When we got into the bus we noticed that it was much smaller than normally. Next phase of the dream was that I was once again going on a field trip with my former class mates. Now the class mates were'nt from elementary school but I think they were my high school classmates. We were on a bus and when we were at the destination the bus driver asked us to walk the road up because he couldn't drive the bus there. There was a spa on the top of the road. I went sitting on some house with some people (I dont remember who they were) And suddenly those classmates were coming back from the spa and I think I never made it to the spa then. After that we were some party place I think. I felt lonely there. I had no friends there and I was alone. Then suddenly someone called to a classmate that a acquaintance had died. This dead person was not the same person who had died the night before.

Any ideas what these dreams could be about?

A Bus is the common denominator in both dreams. It represent yourself or a part of your self. Going over a bridge in a snow storm represents risk taking. ie. Taking a blind risk to get from one point in your life to another. That is kind of scary!

The Bus (you) did not make it to the Spa. The deaths, is a death of some part of you that your left behind in your life Journeys. Probably a fear or two. You ended up in a strange place where every one was a stranger. Reason why? It is because you have changed!

Thank you really much for your interpretation. It makes really sense. I've been having difficult times lately and there is really a risky situation where I am at the moment. And this risk taking has concerned me really much. Or at leaast it used to concern me. Lately I've been more fine with it, or at least that's what I think. What do you think about the symbol of the bus driving on the birdge, I was really scared that the bus wouldn't make it but eventually it managed to drive to the other side of the bridge and everything went better than expected. So is that kind of a symbol that the risk taking is worth it and it will end up just well and I shouldn't worry?

The bridge takes You over water to another point in your life, and your "What If?" worries did not happen.

Life is all about taking risks, thus risk taking is Always worth it!

Thank you for your answer. I really hope these "What if"s won't happen.

What If? thoughts are usually based in common anxiety. Thus the probability of them happening is nominal.
