The last few nights I've been having insanely vivid dreams to the point where I was confused when I woke up. I also actually felt the spider web my hand brushed against. The only thing I've done different is taking fish oil and was wondering if that was it or is my insomnia is going away and I'm just not used to dreaming or is this a side effect of fish oil tablets? Or something else? The other side effect of this is I'm feeling more rested.

Even though the dreams might be a bit frightening/vivid, I think it has more to do with the fact that your brain isn't used to dreaming again or sleeping well. Hopefully, once this lasts longer, your dreams will start to become less unsettling for you.
