This is twice now - slightly different details, but same idea..
NOTE: It dose flood around here, and we did loose a care in Irean but it was parked.

Trying to drive through water where you could not see the road - but could tell where it should be, could tell water is starting to get the carpet wet, but still able to keep driving. then wife make a turn, and suddenly it's way too deep, the truck (actually SUV) starts to sink.. I manage to get my seat-belt off, the door open, and out to swim to safety no problem, but my wife didn't even try, and absolutely nothing I could do about it!!

Water in dreams is generally thought to be about "emotions" and the subconscious, etc. I was in a submarine in a water-filled, indoor, parking garage once, with bubbles like a bubble bath Have you all been discussing your relationship or have you been thinking she has a problem, depression or something, and feeling helpless about helping her with it? Does she want to talk and you don't or has she asked for something you can't give her, etc.?

A dream of leaving confinement behind. Out of the truck, free to swim away. Wife stays behind.
