What I want is to wake up and not remember what I dreamed at night. I know that dreaming is normal, I'm not saying I do not want to dream, just do not want to remember dreams as far as possible. How many hours should I dreaming? I woke with the alarm or do it naturally? What advice should I follow?
And one last question: do not remember dreams involve having to have visions or hallucinations? I do not want to have that too. |

Most want to remember their dreams, and want Visions and even hallucinations, and will try drugs in an attempt to have them. Why do you Not want to remember your dreams??

Sorry but I can not answer that. Not even in a forum, much embarrassed me. Just say I'm a little desperate and I would like an answer.

Let your mind and body establish a natural sleep cycle for yourself. No need to post your dreams if you are not comfortable doing that. Remember your dreams only when you feel ready to do so. Some therapy might help.
