Over the past 2 1/2 weeks, I've been waking up 1-3 times a night and having nightmares in between, generally unable to sleep, or sleeping way too long. Any ideas what could have caused this?

Anything traumatic happened to you recently? You might bring this situation up with your doctor to see what he/she suggests.

What do you other folks have to suggest?

Did you have any life changing event? Such as breaking up a relationship, job change, or work troubles?

Maybe past trauma is coming to the surface. Anything upsetting happen recently, or have you been thinking about someone from your past?

My dad keeps complaining about my mom; could that be enough, though? Cause I can't think of anything else off the top of my head at the moment. 0.o

Change your sleep schedule so that you wake up at the same time every morning. Sleep 8 to 9 hrs no more.

I find stress plays a huge factor in my sleep schedule. Hope it works itself out.
