The night before news came out about those girls held captive in Cleveland, I had a bad dream about a child being locked inside a cell & being unable to do anything about it. I woke up because the dream was so graphic. I don't really believe in premonitions, but it is ironic I had that dream the night before they were discovered. I didn't have a TV or radio on while sleeping, so there's no way I could have absorbed the information that way. Anyone else ever had a chance incident like this? Do you believe in premonitions? I almost feel embarrassed for writing this...

Premonitions are part of your normal brain function. When sleeping and when you are awake.

Don't feel silly writing this! This kind of thing is attributed to the sixth sense...something I strongly believe in. I have taken to keeping a dream journal because many of my dreams end up coming true, perhaps you should do the same just to see what you can predict!

I have had similar dreams...one time there was this guy I really liked, and I had a dream that he liked me too and he was about to ask me out, but then this hot blonde chick came along and he went for her....it sorta happened in real life, I don't know if he had feelings for me, but the hot chick "won" him...it was crazy that I dreamed that and it happened

I have premontions and dreams. I will often dream of something and forget about it; then in a couple of weeks, it will happen. I also have times where I can't get someone off my mind for days and I have a feeling of dread. Most of the time, this does not bode well for them. I totally believe in these things; although I have never pursued trying to "hone" any "skills" I might have. I hate the feelings I get and even worse, knowing that they usually end up being bad news. I know it is no fun!
