This morning I was having a pretty good dream, but when my alarm clock went off I woke up, but I didn't feel like I was actually awake. I don't mean like example: I have to have my coffee before I'm awake kinda thing. I feel literally like I'm still sound asleep.
Almost that feeling when your in bed and your thinking about what all has to be done and you go through that process of you doing your plans out in your head. Yes, I feel like I'm living my day mentally not phyically. I have just started taking an anti-anxiety med so maybe that's why I feel this way?

I know mine gave me that dreamy daze before we got it figured out to the right medication. I hope all is well and that your body gets used to it and you wake up ^.^

Some times I start to dream that I got up, got ready, and started my day. It is really annoying. It is a great way to oversleep and be late. Then actually getting up and starting the day feels like repeating everything.

I'm not sure if it is my meds, I will mention it to my doctor. But if I keep waking up like this I'm going to go insane. I already have insomnia, can't afford to have other sleep problems!

Not quite the same thing, but I sometimes seem to think while I'm asleep, very close to normal thinking while I'm awake. I know this because occasionally I wake up while I'm thinking and realize I was thinking in a rational way rather than dreaming or experiencing hypnogogic imagery. I suppose if I can do this, it would only be a short step to thinking I was already awake and doing things.

Also, I often oversleep, but not by very long. After about 30 minutes I get anxious and realize I need to wake up. I take a long time to wake up, and I wake up with cramps and soreness that take about 90 minutes to wear off, so I set my alarm accordingly. So oversleeping by 30 minutes isn't that big a deal.

I wake up to 970mg. of Avatar. What I am saying when I am camping out like this, I will listen to The sound track CD for Avatar before getting up to fix breakfast. I wake up eariler to keep the getting out of bed time the same.
